Crossroads Chiropractic founder, Dr. Genevieve Manzo, spent four years in rigorous medical study before she graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Bloomington, MN in 2000. Currently pursuing a certification as a chiropractic sports physician, she is the team chiropractor for the Sacramento Siren’s Football team, a local women’s team.
She also completed studies in Chinese medicine, cranial sacral therapy and applied kinesiology.
A strong supporter of the Sacramento community, Dr. Manzo volunteers her chiropractic services for Wellspring Women’s Center and is the Vice President of Internal Affairs of the Sacramento Valley Chapter of the California Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Manzo also contributes to the West Sacramento Police K9 Division, CARES, the Sacramento Ballet, the Curtis Park Neighborhood Association, the Sacramento chapter of the Boy Scouts of America and other organizations.
An active person herself, Dr. Manzo regularly runs in the Susan G. Komen For The Cure race, the Sacramento SPCA’s Doggy Dash and numerous 5K walk/runs. A cycling enthusiast, she also plans to complete the 2009 NorCal AIDS Challenge. She previously completed the Nike Women’s Triathlon.

Crossroads Chiropractic also has several massage therapists. Massage therapy helps decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow to the muscles and decrease stress, among other benefits.
